no time to rest....

SELASA, 27.01.2009 - smlm mmg aku rase agak tension....so mcm biase menu petang aku nk turun jog..so aku pn xtau apsal petang tu aku rase mcm nk pg jog kat klcc..huhu...tgh hari tu bdk2 club ade ajak pegi klcc..tp aku xdpt dtg..coz aku dah lewat bgun time tu....xnk la org menunggu aku nti....lagi pn bgun je dr tido mmg kaki aku sakit..mmg rase mls nk kuar rumah...


dgn semangat ntah dtg dari mane, aku pun naik la bas pegi klcc....matlamat utama nk jog 10km n timing msti bwh 60 minit...mmg ramai gile org kt klcc park time ni....yela....kan skarang tgh cuti....petang2 lepas tgk wayang msti la org nk lepak2 kt taman..huhu..rmaila org membawa family dan berdating2 bersama pasangan masing2 di taman klcc yg indah itu....huhuhuhu....aku???? just berdating bersama jam kesayanganku RS200sd dan kasut kesayangan..supernova glide..hehehehe

sesampai je kt klcc park tanpa membuang mase aku runing..runing..n running..syukur..kaki xmeragam time ni....hehe..kt sini pn jog best sbb jog atas track..so mmg kurangla sket impact berbanding jog kt atas jalan raye..

wow!!!! sesuatu yg diluar jangkaan berlaku hari ini...hahaha...! tgk x max HR aku?? 202 bmp?? fuuhhh..! mmg aku xpnah smpai tahap ni sbnarnye..huhu..time race pn x pernah....mmg aku btol2 lepas kan stress ptg ni..sbnarnye time bile max HR aku tahap ni pn aku x pasti..sbb aku x rase penat sbnarnye..huhuhu...tahniah2..hehe....mmg btol2 focus dlm training..heheh... impossible is nothing..")

so alhamdulillah, target utk menu training hari ni tercapai....nmpk nye kalo aku duk umah cuti2 lepas ni mmg hari2 la aku pegi jog kt klcc....huhu..xkisahla sorang2 pun...mmg best tgk suasana kt sini....tgk klcc yg cantik....fuhh....mmg relaks...pagi2 lepas subuh sarung kasut, tunggu bas n bergerak ke KLCC! jom runnning...! huhuuhu

Aku rasa la..something wrong dgn HR monitor tu, pengalaman aku la..aku kick off masa finishing KL Marathon 2003, aku buat 2 jam 56..pasal nak kejar time bawah 3 jam..last 2 km aku pulun max..sampai finishing sesak nafas, takleh nak bernafas..aku check heart rate 95 % je..

huhuhu..yeke?xkan la jam polar ni pun xbtol..huhu..tapi sy punya max HR 207 bmp...(selepas buat fitness test) mybe btol..cuma persentage tu salah kot...lagi pun mmg sy x check..tgk2 mmg dah 201..huhu..

so tepaksela lupakan hasrat dan impian nk micoach tu..huhuhu....

ble beli micoach kat e-bay kalau nak.. tp mahal gak la..anyway.. jam polar tu pun canggih dah.. micoach extra dia just dia ble jadi coach utk kita. apapun..sebagus mana tools tu kalau tak lari xguna. heh heh
FTAAA cross country--> tak jadi masuk sbb buat trip g gua mulu/pinnacles kat sarawak.
