kesimpulan:

hmmm..training arini memang penat gile..tak tau mcm mane nak ckp...training plan ni bleh tahan melampau rupenye...
nak tak nak aku tepakse jugak kuatkan hati untuk teruskan...

mase lari memang muka ni dah tak tau nak ckp..memang seksa gile...lantak la org kat stadium nak ckp ape time tu...
yang penting aku puas hati habiskan training..

tak taula apsal petang ni panas gile...nak lawan angin yang kuat...memang rase nak behenti je time lari sebab kne tolak angin...rase badan nak melayang pon ade...rase dah mcm angin atas jambatan pulau pinang pon ade jugak...kuat semacam...cabaran-cabaran...

ape2 pun..syukur alhamdulillah latihan hari ni berjaya..walaupun training sorang-sorang tanpa ade sape2 yg nak beri sokongan...tetapi syukurlah semangat aku masih kuat untuk teruskan latihan speed yang menyiksakan pada hari ni...

memang penat die laen macam sket..lari time race pon tak pnah rase penat mcm ni...aduhaaiii...
smpai skarang penat tak ilang...
