MY MUSIC!!!

haha..memang hari ni baru aku sedar..ke mana semangat aku yg hilang??akhirnya aku temui jawapan...

today i run 12kM?? gilak2..padahal esok ade event Mizuno Run..tak kisahla...layaaan...baru aku sedar yang music terlalu mempengaruhi diri aku bila aku running..

patutlah sejak kebelakangan ni aku takde semangat nk run..takde music rupenye..ipod dah rosak...mp3 yg cikai pon dah rosak...jahanam abes sume! kena air pon tak bleh..adooi...

i REALLY3 need this!! fiq!! (abg aku) pinjam duit..pokai dah ni..ahaha

pagi ni aku run guna mp3 SONY apiz...thanks bro..tanpa mp3 ko ni memang tak dapat la aku nk run 12kM ketika matahari tengah sedap nak naik.lari pkul 8.00am pon rileks je tadi....ahahahaha

music beat and my heartbeat was connected..i never know why.but the beat of my heart rate very relax and smooth with the music..tak kisahla music ape pon sebenarnya..tapi bile music tu yang aku suke memang laju tak tentu arah...bahaye jugak kan...

banyak yg aku fikir mase run pagi ni..idea kat kepala otak aku ni tibe3 je teraktif sendiri..haha

when i enjoy my run, my idea will come easily..

owh..arini aku terfikir....

itu je kot yang aku terfikir tadi...

yes: dis is wat i'm thinking today...2 years after my first half marathon. and today was different...
i know, today i can run fast....not so fast like kenyan or malaysia top runner..haha..

.i know my fitness level...becoz why? because now i'm training...to improve myself..to challenge myself..not to challenge others..... winning a competition??? i know, dats not my level now....last two years...the objective why i'm running was different..it was secret...but today..the objective was different..

yes..when u are a runner...u need to handle your self..control your mind...control your body...control your step...control your speed EVEN you know u can run fast...NOT every time u need to run fast...because of that?? u need to control you emotion...

FOLLOW THE RULES OF RUNNING> so you will never disappointed.

dulu3..bile aku run memang nk laju je...padahal tak la laju mane..but now...every step of my run, i need to control and handle it...for me, its really important to know your timing, your heart rate, your speed and pace and your distance when you go run... because its really effect your performance..

actually, i don't like to compete with others...because when you compete, it will change your identity...change your self.. change your humanity.. and change your TRUE spirit of running...
i really hope one day...i can get sponsors....not to compete in the race....but to help others...to get funds..and to share my spirit of running.... insyaAllah...

when you ENTER the running world..it have their own journey...the full of colors...light or dark...good for u..or good for others...you will know and learn...who want to help you..or who want to see u down...who is your friend and who is your competitor...

and what u always need is?? YOU NEED TO BE HUMBLE..always..

i always like to share my experience with others... even i know i'm not a coach or a trainer.but when i share what i'm learning..it can motivate me to do what i'm teach to others in my real race...

pengalaman terBesaR aku mengajar orang running adalah pada tahun lepas. mase tu aku dapat jemputan dari geng Chap Ayam Runners untuk mengajar orang kat INSTEP Petronas, Terengganu...fuuh..cuak dan takut tu jgn cakapla ooit...nasib baikla ade abg zul yang ade sekali mase tu...kami diminta mengajar basic running teknik...sebelah pagi mengajar pensyarah dan staff...petang pulak pengajar pelajar yang terpakse amik running test sejauh 2.4Km..diorng kena lulus ujian ni untuk LULUS belajar kat INSTEP....memang besar jugakla tanggungjawab aku mase ni...

ini masa bagi talk kat pensyarah dgn staf..


hahaha..semangat gile aku bagi talk...
okey..ni praktikal session..ikut jgn tak ikot..hehehe

i really like to talk about basic running technique...i like a running community... bila difikirkan...sgt ramai kawan yang aku influence utk running....bukan mengajar ke jalan yang tak baik kan?? hahaha...

started from i was in UiTM Shah Alam. dimana aku mula menubuhkan Uitm Runners Club (URC)..smpailah aku sambung belajar di MSU (management & science university), aku bersama2 kawan2 disini membangunkan MSU Athletic Club (MAC)...aku sgt bersyukur sebab dimana2 aku berada, masih ada kawan2 yang bersama2 menyokong dan punya objektif yang sama seperti aku untuk menarik lebih ramai belia2 Malaysia ni ke arah hidup yang lebih sihat...

For me, running is the best way how you can make new friends and improve your communication skills with others...kalau nak diikutkan, memang aku ni bukan nye jenis suke nak becakap2 sgt..hahaha...!

pagi ni tumpang mr.sharafi dari shah alam ke KL.thanks bro sebab tumpang kan aku dan omar..bro sharafi park kete kat low yat? agak jauh jgk utk ke KLCC..mase tu jam dah 6:40am..aku dan omar dah berlari pecut ke KLCC sebab nk letak beg dulu kat baggage area.

mase tu terserempak dgn kwn runner yg tak pnah aku jumpe..missmclarenna..hanye knal di blog..haha..akhirnye jumpe jugak..tapi tak sempat nk begmbr..nk cepat mase tu..time dah abes race lagi la tak jumpe..baju sume same je kot..pening nk cari kawan..haha

sblom tu jugak jumpe dlu dengan cikfiratirona..dgn kasut mi adidasnye yg baru siap tu..ehehe..we start infront..sgt ramai org..start my run follow the 1st group..but their toooo fast!! patutla...rupe2nye diorng sume run 5km je.. ceeehhh!! abg kenya kat depan tu memang dah tak nmpk..

aku punyela follow diorg punye pace yg laju tu..tengok2 sume masuk simpang kanan dpn klcc..aku je yg masuk simpang kiri..masuk je simpang kiri jalan ampang, aku tgk runner kat dpn punyela jauh gile..haha..adela dlm 500m..sayup2 je nmpk..mmg laju la pace diorng ni..tak termampu aku nk ikut...

mase start nak naik AKLEH, jiwa dah kacau, aku dah start nk berjalan..ape masalah aku ni pon aku tak tau..mental aku memang downla skarang ni..i dont have mental strength!! ke mane kamu pergi??? hmm..aku pon tak tau...selepas tu aku tak tau la berapa kali aku behenti..ada la kot dlm 5 kali..dan ketika aku behenti tula ade 3 org runner tanpa memberi signel memotong aku dgn bangganya..hahaha...

yes, i really disapoited for dis run, im not running well..dis is not my best performance for 10K..mase kat atas AKLEH ni jalan flat dan ade la bukit sikit..tapi kaki ni dah xbleh pegi..tangkap kat betis aku ni..adooi..apasal la mase ni sume nk buat hal..

antara hal2 yg dalam fikiran yg membuatkan mental kacau:
1) sakit perut..tak sempat nk buangla pagi tadi..
2) run tanpa ipod kesayanganku yg dah rosak dimasuki air..sedih3..
3) baju yg londeh..besarla bagi aku..aku mmg tak pnah2 run pakai baju tshirt...penat aku nk lipat2 lengan baju mase run..
4) mungkin pemakanan yg tidak betol
5) kasut newton ni dah rase tak best...tapak pon dah tekopak...mungkin dah smpai masa utk die bersara..sedih lagi...tak penah2 aku pakai kasut smpai tekopak tapak kasut..
6) training tak cukup..exam week..memang agak busy dan penat..

bile u-turn kat dpn tol AKLEH aku cuba utk tambah balik speed...ade band dgn cheerleader..memang semangat la sket kan..ahahaha...perut mmg sakit lagi mase ni...adoii...memang nak tak nak aku kena jgk push..memang kaki ni sakit...tapi aku tahan jela...dah tak jauh dah..3km je lagi...

turun dari AKLEH, masuk jalan tun razak...pace dah okey..memang pace bawah 4:oomin kot...bile masuk terowong jiwa kacau balik..asap kereta tak boleh nk cakap..semput aku dibuatnye...kluar terowong...mase u-turn..aku berjalan balik...padahal dah tau dekat je lagi nk smpai..mmg mental btol3 down...pastu aku teruskan sisa-sisa pejalanan yg tinggal..masuk jalan ampang ke simpang jalan binjai, dah nmpk dah runner-runner 5K, mase ni mmg aku dah tak pk sakit..lari jela selaju yg mampu..selit punye selit smpai la jugak kat garisan penamat dengan catatan masa 40:42.2...

dats all i can do for TODAY 10.10.10 run..
keep on training kakilari..i know u can do better...!

agak kecewa..my performance DOWN..sekian
